Our Management Team

  Bryan Dyer is the Principal of Dyer & Associates, LLC He holds a PhD in Civil Engineering from University of Kentucky, a PE in 23 states, PLS in Kentucky and Georgia, LEED AP. He is an associate professor at the Construction Management and Land Surveying programs at Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond KY. Bryan has over 30 years of experience in the Civil Consulting field. 

 Adam is the managing partner of D+L Surveying and is a graduate of Western Kentucky University with advanced studies in Land Surveying, Boundary and Construction Law, and Geographic Information Systems. He has over 25 years of experience in the land surveying, construction, and mapping industries. He has testified as an expert witness at trial and is an advisor to the Eastern Kentucky University and East Tennessee State University Survey programs. 

Jordan Begley is a professional engineer and land surveyor with 10 years of experience, with a heavy focus in all aspects of surveying. 

Melissa Dyer is the office manager for both companies and oversee the management of all three locations.
