Our Team

  Bryan Dyer is the Principal of Dyer & Associates, LLC He holds a PhD in Civil Engineering from University of Kentucky, a PE in 23 states, PLS in Kentucky and Georgia, LEED AP. He is an associate professor at the Construction Management and Land Surveying programs at Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond KY. Bryan has over 26 years of experience in the Civil Consulting field. 

 Adam Leftwich, PLS. Adam is a graduate of Western Kentucky University with advanced studies in Land Surveying, Boundary and Construction Law, and Geographic Information Systems. He has over 20 years of experience in the land surveying, construction, and mapping industries and is passionate about his profession. He has testified as an expert witness at trial and has been a guest speaker at Eastern Kentucky University. 

 Logan Shade is a Civil Designer with 4 years of experience in the construction and design field. 

 Matt Leonard is a Civil Designer with 6 years of engineering experience in the construction and design field. 

Jordan Begley is a professional engineer and land surveyor with 10 years of experience, with a heavy focus in all aspects of surveying. 

Dylan Wilks is a surveying crew chief with 5 years of experience. 

Phillip Michels  is a surverying crew chief with 2 years of experience

Julio Hogue is a CAD technician primarily responsible for curating surveying documents. 

Melissa Dyer is the office manager primarily responsible for Dyer + Assoc.
